Join us tonight at 10 PM ET (7 PM PT) for the interactive live video stream of our ReimagineCBC.ca public forum! We're bringing together seasoned professionals, up-and-coming CBC talent, outside experts, media innovators, and citizens in a celebratory event that will add new energy to the CBC and help articulate a fresh vision for public media. Celebrating CBC: Past, Present and Future

For Canada to thrive in these uncertain times we need to build a community across the country to support, reimagine and rejuvenate the CBC for the digital era. We're bringing together seasoned professionals, up-and-coming CBC talent, outside experts, media innovators, and citizens in a celebratory event that will add new energy to the CBC and help articulate a fresh vision for public media.

>>Opening Performance: Intercultural performance that showcases Canada’s diverse talent, cultural innovation, and artistic excellence.

>>Storytelling: Three cultural creators tell stories about their lives as Canadians, and how the CBC has been pivotal to their goals, careers and understanding of their country.

>>Dialogue: On-stage "living room conversations” where participants reflect on the CBC and progressive media platforms, asking questions such as - How do we imagine the future of Canadian media? How will the CBC grow over the next 75 years? What areas for growth, change, transformation, and innovation could it pursue? What ideas or models could inspire its next generation of work?

Pour arriver à cette fin, des groupes de défenses des médias publiques tels que Open Media, À l’Action et Gen Why Media rassemblent des professionnels du domaine, des nouveaux talents de Radio-Canada, innovateurs des médiatiques et des citoyens à un événement qui vise à inspirer une vision rafraichissante pour la média publique.

» Ouverture: Spectacle interculturelle qui met en scène le divers talent canadien, l’innovation culturelle et l’excellence artistique

»Contes: Trois créateurs culturels nous racontent des histoires de leurs vies étant canadien et comment la SRC a joué un rôle important dans la formation de leurs objectifs, carrières et compréhension de leur pays.

»Dialogue: Mise-en-scène des où les participants sont demandés de réfléchir sur la SRC et les plateformes progressives des medias en pensant aux questions tels que – Comment nous imaginons le futur de la média canadienne? Comment est-ce que la SRC va grandir dans les prochains 75 ans? Comment est-ce qu’on pourra continuer de changer, transformer et innover la SRC? Quelles idées ou modèles peuvent inspirer la prochaine génération de son travail?
